President & Founder
With experience that spans the globe and a knack for quality and detail, Jennifer’s vision for OA is on building quality long-term partnerships, developing trusting relationships, and creating high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Jen started her advertising journey in Beijing, China, working to expand the OREO brand throughout all Asian markets. She then landed in Australia working with national brands in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and direct marketing, and then later as the Corporate Donor Manager for a global not-for-profit.
After 20 years abroad, Jen returned to her home state of Wisconsin, where she launched Opportunas Agency in 2020.

As OA’s Creative Director, Tiffany generates big ideas, design direction, and brand development. Whether it’s foundational branding or campaign development, she enjoys helping clients find their way in the creative genre.
With a background that includes graphic design, art direction, and project management, Tiffany has worked with businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 clients and internationally recognized brands.
Her hobbies include shamelessly binge-watching regency-era series, going to the beach, and raising her two dogs, Lilo and Lemon.
