Stock House Brewing Co. opened in November of 2018 in the Milwaukee neighborhood, Wauwatosa, WI. The small microbrewery’s name paid tribute to the rich legacy of brewing in Milwaukee as the large breweries of yesteryear would ferment their beers in buildings called "stock houses."
